To keep requests organized, all donation requests must be submitted through the form below.

Requests outside our service areas may not be approved.
Approval Process:
Requests are reviewed regularly. If approved, you will receive an email confirmation with pickup instructions.
Promotion:

Examples:
- Restaurant name listed as a sponsor.
- Logo on event materials or website.
- Social media mention.
- Event signage if applicable.
If your event includes sponsor recognition, please include MEZZÉ#1.
Donation Pickup:
Approved donations must be picked up at the selected MEZZÉ#1 location.
Organizations may be asked to sign a donation acknowledgment form at pickup.
Due to the number of requests we receive, we cannot approve every request.
You can sponsor catering style meals or gift cards for a local school or organization through MEZZÉ#1. We prepare the food or gift cards and coordinate the donation.
How It Works:
1. Submit Request: Fill out the "Sponsors-Fund Donation Request" form below.
2. Payment: We will contact you and send a secure payment link.
3. Coordination: Once payment is received, we coordinate with the organization for the pickup of food or gift cards.
4. Proof of Donation: After completion, we will send you a signed document confirming the organization has received your donation.
Sponsored meals and catering are regular purchases and sales tax applies where required.
